Required Documentation & Actions (Before Entering the Farm)

Before hunting, all hunters must complete the following:

  • Sign Indemnity Form
    Sign Permission to Hunt & Transport Meat Form
    Sign Day Fees & Species List
    Shoot in Rifles – To ensure accuracy and hunter capability for a safe, ethical hunt

     

Hunter Requirements

Hunters

  • Hunters must be named before arrival – no late additions.
  • Minimum Group Size: 4 hunters
  • Minimum Stay: 3 days

General Rules

  • No hunting from or within 500 meters of a hunting vehicle

  • Fire allowed only in designated lapa area

  • No littering

  • No private vehicles allowed – movement only with authorized farm personnel

  • Maximum 4 hunting parties in the veld at a time

  • No shooting of birds, reptiles, or any species not listed

  • No pets allowed

  • All activities at own risk

  • Minimum Calibre: .270

Guide Responsibilities

Guides offer assistance but are NOT responsible for:

  • Identifying species, sex, or trophy quality
  • Advising on shot placement
  • Finding wounded animals (they will assist but it remains the hunter’s responsibility)

Evidence of a hit = Paid in Full:

A shot resulting in blood, bone, or stomach content is considered a fatal hit and must be paid in full – whether the animal is found or not.

Tipping Encouraged (No Alcohol).

Hunting Times

Hunting is permitted half an hour before sunrise to half an hour after sunset.
